I had a lovely experience at this hotel with many highlights, especially the incredible staff and the vibrant pool area. The location was fantastic, close to several attractions and the beach. However, there was a downside when it came to housekeeping, as it appeared to be overwhelmed during our stay. The food was superb, particularly at the hotel bar, but expect some delays in service during busy times.

Overall, our stay was a mixed bag. While the staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the rooms left something to be desired, especially with some maintenance issues. The dining experience was enjoyable, particularly with the tasty food and themed nights. The amenities, including the inviting pool area, added to the charm, but there were moments when service fell short, especially in regard to timely assistance with requests.
